Hypatia Advisory was founded to support organizations through moments of growth, complexity, and transition with clear thinking, rigorous analysis, and measured leadership.

Further to this we have dealt with multiple IPOs, buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as multiple equity and debt financing rounds, including venture capital and private equity fundraising, venture debt, corporate debt, bond issuances, and Schuldschein transactions.

“As a founder myself, I understand first-hand the realities of building a company - balancing ambition with financial discipline, making decisions with imperfect information, and navigating periods of rapid growth and uncertainty. My passion is to support founders and leadership teams by acting as a sparring partner on financial strategy, growth planning, and funding decisions to help businesses grow.”
